University Union Board

The University Union Board (UUB) is a student organization that provides campus wide programming for WIU students. UUB is made up of five executive board officers consisting of: President, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of External Relations, Vice President of Internal Relations, and Vice President of Communications. In addition to the e-board, there are committee directors, which are: Traditions and Collaborations, Late Night/Special Events, and Homecoming. Each of these committee chairs hold their own committees, in which anyone can join except Homecoming. Homecoming committee memebers are elected to their positions. Two Graduate Assistants co-advise UUB and assigned committees. UUB's purpose is to serve as the premier programming board of Western Illinois University which plans and provides social, cultural, recreational, and educational activities, which are inclusive to the needs of the entire campus, with an emphasis on the student body.
